It has that German / Austrian looking horn at the top, but I cannot find a mention in Scott's catelog. Any ideas? Thanks in adva...

My name is Dan Kennedy, and I live in North Carolina, USA. I collected as a kid, gave it up when I discovered girls, and re-started the hobby when I had kids of my own.

I collect US, Irish and older German stamps (German states, pre-1945 Germany and occupied territories, etc).
