| Ok thanks mike, but the j22 has a 13 1/2 perf, according to Scott the perfs match to the j27, if you could elaborate more on this I will research further, but I googled j27 for turkey and it seemed to match good, it could Also be the Color setting on your computer, when in doubt ask more questions. |

| Do you use Scott? I came up with it being j27, I bought a collection from a German collector here in the states they were organized by Michel nr. J27 is a pin perf., perf 5 to 11 1/2 and compound, I measured it, it is a j27, I know it's not worth 5000$ at all its about 10% of that cause the conditio... |

| A good rule is 80% If Perfect no flaws at all Perfect centerig ect. 50% Generally for Most Stamps any One will find, retail. For Off Center or slight damage, 30%. If its totaly screwed up and Looks like utter garbage but is a Valuable Stamp, over 50.00 or so use your judgement about 10%, retail pric... |

| Lak, I see that as a way for people to steal the stamps ecpecially at a busy show, my goal is to sell the whole country and not the individual stamp, I write the high values, cause most people are looking for them. That's a good idea but idk I think people will steal them that way and there is more ... |
