| Clive, the stamp appears to have been canceled twice, with the first cancel not being clear enough? I very much doubt it is the JY date, they all seem to be very crisp and clean cancels. |

Ian, that was certainly the case with these cards, but they did have the magnetic strip which should have been OK?
My card (which got a hell of a workout on the machines) has a chip and worked fine, never even asking for a pin. |

On my recommendation, Bob (the gentleman minding the machines) contacted Telstra (and changed to their internet service) and that sorted that problem out.
