60c is within Luxembourg. 85c is for Europe.

In case anyway one wondering, yes, I do know these stamps have widely varying CVs for the different plate numebrs. I got Azarro's email and his second mail sent via Stampboards so I now have his address. Strange that the first mail he sent never arrived.

In Luxembourg, mail delivery is only five days a week, on week days. However, the two main Post Offices in Luxembourg City, at least, are open on Saturday mornings. Why not try Luxembourg?
A real country, producing stamps since 1851 and still going strong but not over the limit like GB or France.

If you don't want all the mini-sheets, service stamps and booklets, the most expensive set, of 10 stamps, can easily be found for €250 for the full set.
