In all fairness, the third one appears to be a four margin example, albeit with an indistinct and rather heavy cancellation. It should still be good for $10 though I would think.

It would be interesting to know if the flaws shown here are constant plate flaws (more interesting in nature), or just the result of an accidental insertion of impurities in the printing process (less interesting of course and unlikely to be recorded).

Same here. I missed Nigeria and Bangladesh.
Two of the 11 have declining populations I believe: Russia and Japan. So the Philippines and Vietnam will eventually make it into the top 11. |

It seems to me that your stamp dealer is a scrupulous person, so good on him.
This is a gorgeous stamp, and I can't see any traces of usage on it personally.
I would say, just enjoy the stamp.

No. Doing something that you know is dishonest is your fault entirely, not anyone else's.
If you see someone drop money in the street, is it ok for you to pick it up and walk away because it's their fault they dropped the money? In your view, that seems to be the case. |
