The problem with ez perf as far as I know all depends on the resolution that the stamp was scanned at. From the color of yours, if it's a Perf 11 I'd say it is an offset Print Scott 525.

I wouldn't worry too much about the exact design size. What does your perf gauge show it at ? Not easy perf, a real perf gauge. For Washington / Franklins, perforations and watermarks are the first 2 thing to check.

Both Lambrecht and Bobet were part of team Stella-Dunlop in 1948 so I was thinking perhaps a team signed card but I can't match anyone listed on the team to the card.

I just sold a complete set of the Bahamas Landfall of Columbus and 3 or 4 of the singles had control marks and the set was never mounted. All pretty common low value. Two best are the 10¢ Jefferson 1st row top scan and the 5¢ Trans-Mississippi on the bottom scan. Both are probably $5 each. Check the perfs on the Washington heads in the top scan.
