Courtesy of the GBPS website. From 1 October 1950 to 30 September 1957 surface mail small packets were charged as follows: 7½d - 10oz and then 1½d for each additional 2oz. Looks very interesting.

The creators are looking to raise funding of $75,000 with 27 days remaining on kickstarter to achieve this goal.

So far, there are 14 backers who have pledged a total of $1,640 - so quite a way to go.

I had this recently and in this instance it was because the post that generated the notification email had been moved/deleted. I just happened to be re-reading the thread at the time and noticed a completely inappropriate addition (very offensive spam) to the end which presumably caused the email to...

I remember to see some interesting items - eg. Black Penny plate 1a used with black Maltese Cross in October 1841 - how rare is this example?
