| Hmmm ok ok I have to admit that it is a little odd, no first 2 digits and definatly out of line so appears to have meant to have the other 2 digits there. To be honest if i was going to forge something i could have done better when I was in high school than that if indeed it is forged. Hmmmm actualy... |

| That makes sence and explains the lack of a cancelation on the stamp (if indeed one should call it a stamp). It being canceled simply by the fact that it has been filled in. |

All cut outs from post cards and stationary and the like ??
