I understand Victoria reissued a number of stamps (eg the fiscal Stamp Statutes) with the overprint "reprint" for supply to the UPU such as described at http://www.stampsofvictoria.com/statutes.php after they became valid for postage.

Can anyone provide a rough indication of the value of such stamps which are not included in my Gibbons? I assume they should be broadly equivalent to SPECIMEN opts.
