I came across this 10 cent stamp with a irregularity on to-wards the bottom of the right frame.
There is also a grey dot above the 3rd bottom brick right.

I could not find any info in B&W
Can anyone here please give me some info?

Together with the marks in the upper right margin, looks like a temporary printing flaw to me.

Not listed by McCleary (1978) either.
