Have you tried Babelfish or Google Language Tools for the German-English translation? The Russian is a bit harder!

I did some years ago, by converting the cyrillic characters into our alphabet, then using a Russian-English dictionary. It took forever, so I hope someone can help you!

As sherro suggests try Babelfish for translations. The site is at:

Here's a sample from German to English from Google Language Tools. It's good enough for you to get the gist of what is written, without being literal (if you saw the illustrations on the web page, this actually makes good sense!):

German:
Mi.Nr. 224 in Type III als gefälschter Aufdruck. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine recht gute Aufdruckfälschung. Zur besseren Erkennung des Aufdrucks ist dieser rechts mit reduziertem Markenhintergrund nochmals dargestellt

English Translation:
Mi.Nr. 224 in type III as falsified print. It concerns here a quite good print falsification. For the better recognition of the print this is right represented with reduced mark background again

Another useful site for translation. I have used it very much for translation from Russian to English when describing Russian Antarctic and Arctic mail. Use the virtual keybord to type in the correct Russian letters - usually upper case, but may occur in lower case also.

It is a bit work to do it, but it works.

Kind regards
