Can I post images from my PC?

Hi friends,

How can I do to upload the picture form my PC to here?

You first have to open an account with photobucket; you can use this link:

http://photobucket.com/login

Then do the following steps:

1. Open photobucket first
2. On the right hand side of the photobucket page, there is a blue box with the words CHOOSE FILES on it.
3. Besides it are a few options, the first one being my computer. The my computer bullet should be chosen.
4. Click on the CHOOSE FILES button.
It will open up another screen from which you can locate where your scans are stored.
5. Just click on the files of the scan(s) that you want and these should be copied onto photobucket.

The above steps allow you to save the image on photobucket.
Once the image has been saved, place the cursor on the image and a box appears under the image. Highlight the box on the right of the IMG code and copy its contents.
Place your cursor in the post that you want to make in Stampboards and paste the code in that post.

That's it.

Welcome to Stampboards - you've certainly made a good start with posting images here

Are far as selling on Stampboards, there are NO FEES for doing this.

All we ask is that you have been a member for 20 days and made at least 20 posts before you start to sell. Also, as this is NOT ebay, we ask you to limit the number of items you list to a maximum of about 10 a week so that it does not become a shopfront for one person.

i tried to join photobucket but all i get everytime i try to join is:

"There was an error with your submission
We're sorry. Based on the information you have submitted to us, you are ineligible to register on Photobucket"

and this is just at the choose a login name and password, so what info are they talking about ????

i have changed login name and password over 20 times.
what a load of c**p.

sorry i do not understand what you are writing, thanks for trying to help anyway.

I have tried 15 different usernames and 15 different passwords and the site will just not let me advance , all i get is trash.

Thats very kind of you, but I am not that in need of posting pictures yet, I will stick to URL's until my site is finished, my developer tells me another 2 weeks and I can then post images till It hurts.

Thinking of your offer to use your account, how about you try and establish an account for me instead from where you are? obviously either I am doing something very wrong or, I think that for some stupid reason the web site is not letting me join because of my location, I mean what other reason for that message?

I've just been into Photobucket and set up an account with the following details:

Username: hkstamps
Password: hkstamps1

It's all yours to use - but I suggest you change the password when you first log on. :idea:

I just entered the other details to let me continue, so you might want to change those too... :wink:
