Dear Stampsboard members.
I have a block of 4 "The entire nation is red" full gum stamps with a diagonal mark on the value (like Specimen).
Has someone an idea about it?

You need to fix your image, as its not showing up properly.

From Photobucket you need to choose the "IMG code" (the bottom/fourth set of code). I tried to modify your image here and the system told me the image size was too large.

Regarding the item itself, from your description, its obviously not a post-office-sold printing. Glen had a stockbook full of PRC with such black lines through the value, and they were some type of reprint worth very little.
