How do I get the emoticons onto a post?

Any help would be a great help.

Andrew,

When you get to the Post a Reply menu,
there are emoticons on the left hand side.
Just click on the emoticons you want like this
:o :lol: :cry: :wink: :roll: :oops: 8) :( :) :? :P :twisted: :evil: :x :shock: :D :!: :?: :idea: :arrow:
and they will be inserted where your cursor was placed
before you moved it to the emoticons.
