Ebay KGV Heads on Hagner - Am I missing something ??

Take a look at the absolutely RIDICULOUS bids on Ebay item # 220991443904, by seller BRAFCOV(9980), a hagner of fairly cr*ppy looking Australia KGV Heads

There are only two bidders, so either one is a Shill and has jagged a bunny, or it could be the seller shilling himself, or there are just two brain dead Ebayers fighting it out. Seller himself says that the cat val is £110.

I wouldn't pay $20 for the lot myself, but the bids are now £72 or $US113 with 1 day and 6 hours to go. The below picture is the size that is shown on Ebay....

A bunch of average to rubbish KGV Heads and Roos, now bid up to £51, with 1 day 6 hours to go. Real retail value maybe £10.

And imagine the price if all the stamps were sound--ie. first 2 on last row have big corners missing.

Is the cancel on 3rd stamp 2nd row anything/ Too hard for me to make out, not to mention my knowledge of place names in Oz is limited.

One word says it all about whats going on here: eBay.

I've dealt with the seller BRAFCOV in the past got a nice lot of 49 KGV Heads and only cost £1.99 + postage a few were damaged but got a good few plate flaws on the ok ones. Trying to get KGV's cheap now is pretty near impossible.

The 11 rated underbidder is now the highest bidder at £77-00 stranger and stranger, what are we missing ?
There's a Broken Hill Rly Town Cancel but I don't suppose that's all that rare.
