By offering only your side of the story, are you not in fact doing this person a disfavor - when in fact the feedback suggests otherwise? I would hope that other members of the Forum would stand with me should a similar accusation arise.

We know nothing whatever about this member "sydneyrunner" (except that he is not from Sydney) who barged in to make this post a minutes after his account was activated, and never complied with the mandatory new member IP confirmation step.
When we are shown a few samples of the alleged charge-back items we can make up our minds as to whether they were correctly described or not, as the buyer is a respected member here. "sydneyrunner" ebay account we have no idea about.
In the meantime the original subject can readily change his user name once again if he wishes, and trust me, THIS board will not be assisting with ID'ing the change next time around.
Thread locked. And "sydneyrunner" better comply with the welcome email FAST.
