Hi there,

I got these a while ago but as I know nothing about them I just put them aside.

There must be thousands of them, is there anything useful?

I am not interested in these so I may well sell them either here or elsewhere, any guidance on value would also be appreciated.

Some are overprinted eg Series 1942, 1943 etc Some are stuck together but in the main they seem pretty good condition, values seem to go to $5.

Actually, I collect British Commonwealth/French colonies postage and revenues, and all world revenues. However, I especially like the 1898 Battleships (I have very few - just Documentary 1/2c, 1c, 2c, 5c and Proprietary 1/4c, 3/8c, 5/8c). I don't have any more USA revenues (I just started collecting worldwide fiscals).

Lundy they are all priced in Scott and values always seem to me rather low, pennies each in most cases but one assumes vast numbers were used!

The higher values $1000, and $10,000 etc seem to sell OK, but up to $5 are pretty plentiful. And collectors hate the perfin cancels that much I do know.

If it were me I'd offer the lot for a figure like $50-$60 and let someone else have the work (and fun!) but that's just me.
