Can anyone give me some information on these 1940's Italian Revenues?

for example, their usage, what the three sections were used for and why is the strip of three parts still intact after being cancelled?

I have more Italian Revenue material if there is any interest.

COMMITTENTE = SENDER
VETTORE = CARRIER
DESTINATARIO = RECEIVER

Are label cinderella probably of 1910s

CASA DEL PANE = HOUSE OF BREAD

They were sold to built Houses of bread in various Italian cities, as a.e. Roma, to help homeless.

MARCA DI RISCONTRO = THWART MARK ( a Control Fiscal Stamp ).

Not reported in PAOLO DE MAGISTRIS - MARCHE DA BOLLO ANTICHI STATI ITALIANI, REGNO E REPUBBLICA ITALIANA (2004/06 Ed. Under UNIFICATO CAT.).

No idea of period. It could be a local mark, (but generally there is the name of town)
