Just to let all you revenue junkies out there know that the latest edition of Barefoot's Commonwealth Revenues has finally been published this week.



It costs £60 plus postage but as it's now 410 pages and in colour, it's definitely worth investing in, here's a link:-

Interesting....I registered to be told when this little beauty was out but have heard nothing yet. I wonder how long before I get an email advising me???

Pity they don't advise if their value estimates have gone up and if so by how much.

The values in the 2001 cat. I have were far too low even in 2001

Still I'll have to get one.

I did get notification from JB and should have stock in the not too distant future.

I'm surprised that others did not get an email. I've always found JB to be very good with his responses.

I spoke with John B and he confirmed no ozrevenues update, the last one [2008] was the major update for oz revs.

Received my catalogue earlier this week.

Must admit to being disappointed in the quality of the images and the paper they were printed on (or because of the paper they printed on?), plus colour errors affecting the reds, purples and sepias.

Also disappointed that he has listed the fake PNG decimal "provisionals"

There is a update for New Zealand though... which has messed-up my archives.

If new material is added, I think it would be a much better idea to add A or B or whatever to an existing reference rather than re-number the whole issue... there are 391 listed in NZ Stamp Duty and I've just had to re-number over half of them!

I shall make John an offer for his business and do it properly next time...

Papua New Guinea is relisted too.
Hopefully the fake PNG overprints will not be listed in the next edition.
Then we can return to the old catalogue numbers.

I hope John Barefoot is reading this thread!
