I didn't believe for one minute that the stamps were valid in the USA as I know that only USPS stamps are valid there. Equally Lichtenberg stamps are not valid in any other country. As the Principality of Lichtenberg has no actual land-mass and only 17 citizens
there can't be any possible need a postal service or postage stamps.Quote:
About Lichtenberg
The Principality of Lichtenberg is a self-proclaimed country, sometimes these like entities are called “Micronations”, however Lichtenberg is not a simulation or game which only exists on the internet, a forum, wiki, or in the mind of its creator, It actually exists in the real world.
History
Lichtenberg was founded in 2010, by the current Sovereign Prince (Maximilian I) as a statement of self-sovereignty and freedom of expression. Lichtenberg has since evolved from that becoming a nation of 17 citizens. The creation of Lichtenberg had its up and down points gaining a large resurgence of activity in the early fall of 2011. Are you serious?
We are dead serious about Lichtenberg, like we said Lichtenberg is not a game or simulation, we don't claim huge tracks of land. Lichtenberg exists because our Citizens believe it exists.
