Can anyone tell me if this Government Tramways N.S.W. ticket is:-

a) A special Design for Queen Victoria’s Golden Jubilee 1837-1887 as hinted at by the inclusion of an 1887 1d in the design or did the coin date change each year?

b) Common or Scarce?

and

c) approximate value?
