I understand these are common but does the fact they are all on one cover help the value at all ?

Looks like a 600th anniversary.

Could that be a first day of issue for the 2 Grossdeutsches Reich stamps ?

The 2 Grossdeutsches Reich stamps were issued 21st November 1944 - so no FDC!

These collector covers and cards for Bohemia and Moravia (German Occupation of Czechoslovakia) are surprisingly common; it seems that in spite of (or because of) the war, there was much philatelic speculation.

In its favour is that it is relatively late in the war (December 1944), but even so, I'd value it at $5 - $10 on a good day.

Czechoslovakia produced a lot of these types of things before 1939 - a policy carried on by BM. I don't think any have much value - but I like them as they are fun.
