Ok this is scotts2008 hungary A10

The first one looks normal

The second one looks more light red and the frame inside is moved more to the right side. you can see this if you look at the left 1value.

I'm not entirely certain I know what the question is. Both stamps look normal to me.

Please ask what question you want answered - and it would help if you post the stamps with the correct orientation.

It took me a while to work out what the question was as well. I suggest that this stamp had two print runs. One for the frame, and one for the interior.

It is just a very minor colour shift, and nothing outstanding at all. The shade difference for the second print run is just something caused by slightly different ink used for the interior on the second run.

No biggie.

Sorry im not very good with photobucket and i just found out how to upload them corrent :) If you check the second one which is light red you can see that the interior is more to the right and there is space on the left of the interior which i put some red arrows to show you where to see what i mean.
