I personally have always thought that Essendon was overrated.

The Suns have been struggling without Bock, Swallow, Harbrow and Brennan. I agree with you that they overplay to Ablett instead of others taking on the responsibility of disposing the football and taking some pressure off Gary jnr. Playing K Hunt on the ball is not really working either despite the media's promotion of his improvement from last year. He's averaging 5 kicks and 10 handballs a game, which equates to 1 kick and 2 handballs a quarter, from playing on the ball instead of milking goals like he did last year. He's a liability and would only get a game with the Suns and GWS for his promotional value - not his AFL skills. By the way, the Wooden Spoon Grand Final is on the Gold Coast in round 20 when the Suns take on GWS. It should be a thriller !
Like I said with my round 10 selections, it is unusual for the favourites to win all games in a round of AFL. But, really, have the Bombers paid for their end of season overseas trip with their performance against the Demons ?!?

Richmond has only been out-scoring their opponents by an average of 9.1 points per game, so far this season (989 - 898 = 91 / 10 games = 9.1) ... so I would be fairly certain they won't beat Fremantle by 115.

By the way ... what is the modern-day record for most goals in a game?

By a team, or an individual? Team would be Geelong with 37 goals against Brisbane in 1992. For an individual, Fred Fanning kicked 18 in a match, Gary Ablett Snr. (Geelong) kicked 14 a few times. That's all I can recall without looking things up.
