Retouch I
- heavy shade lines below value circle and value tablet

Third watermark

Sheet positions either 1, 2, 4 or 5, or 31, 32, 34 or 35
- NWPI overprint has distinctive flaws on positions 3 & 6 thus eliminating these from the potential plating positions

- see sheet layout below
