I intentionally loaded this one into my CD player:

Haydn's "The Prussian Quartets - Op 50 Nos 4-6"

Good background music while completing the mundane task of scanning blocks of 30 then breaking them down into individual cliche scans.

As usual, a Spotify playlist. Right now it is Air with Sexy Boy, and the next one is Neil Young with Motion Pictures from the fantastic On the Beach album.

Apparently I'm in a 90s-mood tonight. Listening to Oasis with the album "(What's The Story) Morning Glory" right now, and just listened to Crash Test Dummies and their album "God Shuffled His Feet".

I haven't dared buying a record player yet, since I know that would lead to buying A LOT of old vinyl.

Right now I'm listening to Dream Theater - "Train of Thought."

I have finally found the full album by The Captain Matchbox Whoopee Band: Wangaratta Wahine.

Unless you are and Aussie and over 50 you probably would never have heard of them.

Let's just say University Jug Band music from the 70's.

I'm converting a casette to digital. But I wonder how many people can provide the title from these clues:

Artists: Roger Daltrey, Art Garfunkel, Julian Lennon, Cliff Richard, Mike Batt, Captain Sensible, Deniece Williams, Stephan Grapelli, George Harrison, Maggie Reilly, The London Symphony Orchestra (and other musicians),

Narration: Sir John Gielgud and John Hurt.

And who but Mike Batt would have brought that collection of people together? :D

Awesome! I have an 'In the wake of Poseidon' tape out in my Xtrail. Catfood is an excellent song that should be on the radio.

Currently in my tape player I have 'The Final Cut' on one side, and 'Echoes' and 'Atom Heart Mother' on the other. If you don't recognise them talk to your cool uncle. 8)

On pure whim I recently bought a Matthews Southern Comfort CD

I discovered that they are not just a one hit wonder ( Woodstock)

They are a very very good country rock band indeed - nearly up there with the Byrds and CS&N
