INFORMATION
Below is word for word from the SANDY FORBES publication
On your description above Perf 14 only matches STATE 1/2/3 below
which I think you will agree that it is not any of them.1st State
Normal
2nd State
Deep Rose p14. Mullett.
Crown: The Cross spreads very slightly over to the right.
Comp Marks: Dots at N.W. and S.W. corners.3rd State
Rose p14. Ash 1st Printing.
Comp Marks: Dots at N.W. and S.W. corners.
Crown: The right half of the Cross is missing.
See also IR/1, IIIR/30, IVL/53.4th State
Rose and Golden Scarlets p13.5x12.5. Ash 2nd Printing.
Comp Marks: Dots at N.W. and S.W. corners.
Crown: The right half of the Cross is missing.
Left Corner Shading: Very weak shading above the Roo's head and into the N.W. corner.
Right Corner Shading: Very weak shading and the blooms are very white. Shading lines are short in the right scroll area, leaving the white margin wider than normal. Sometimes there is a completely void area between LIA and the wattles.
Emu: Neck and breast whiter than normal.
Roo: Face and ear whiter than normal
Value Tablet: The central bar of the final E in Three is short. In the first E in Halfpence the
two upper arms are fused together.
Crown: The eighth line of shading to the right of the Crown is very weak and sometimes
missing.
White Margin S.E. Corner: The white margin in this area extends as a sharp point into the coloured area and almost to the S.E. Corner
Right Frame: Thinned throughout its length and the lower sections of the white gutter between the two stamps is wider than normal. See also IVL/54.
5th State
Golden Scarlet and Surcharges. Ash 3rd Printing.
White Margin S.E. Corner: The white margin in this area extends as a sharp point into the coloured area and almost to the S.E. Corner
Right Frame: Thinned throughout its length and the lower sections of the white gutter between the two stamps is wider than normal.
Note:
The flaw Crown: The right half of the Cross is missing. Cannot be distinguished from a similar flaw on IIIR/30 and all other flaws must be present to identify this unit 3rd State.

What makes you think 4/L53 type A + Type B need to be assessed
Mr Skinner confirmed the type A
Mobbor confirmed the type B
Perf 14 4/L53 Type A Re-Entry.
Thanks

So to answer your question no I do not have any other information than the above.
Does not match the Forbes states as they have no Perf 14 for State 4
And the ACSC only gives this
Ash imprint (N over N) showing 4L47 first re-entry Type B and 4L53 second re-entry Type A - perfs. 14 and 13½ x 12½
4L53 Second re-entry Revision to to type A
Now these are the only two publications that I have.
This is a wiki and the point of it is to supply information from as many sources as possible your original post of the stamp and Perf 14 4/L53 Type A Re-Entry at the base was the only information I had to work with.
So in a nut shell no I have no more information on your 4/L53
But you seem to have, maybe when you posted your stamp maybe you should have posted that extra information to aid the wiki.
Thank you GUTTERS
