explain away the erroneous listing, in a form letter to all collectors of such antiquities. The letter basically stated that they'd not realised the fact that she was "Not in Mint Condition" as previously stated and in fact "Showed evidence of Multiple use"?
It was further stated that the words "Slightly Off Center" should be amended to read "Well Off Balance"... The listing was then reinstated and Bob received his listing credit.....
