When I start Stampboards, I have my link set to go directly to the "View New Posts" page.

I was just wondering what percentage of users do this.

POLL: What's the FIRST Page you visit on Stampboards?

Me too. Whether you check the board once a month, or once an hour it is the ESSENTIAL first base IMHO.

You will never miss ANYTHING going on then.

If email post advice emails do not arrive for any reason etc, using that link keeps you totally in the loop of new posts.

I suggest members seriously consider bookmarking this link -

Occasionally I'll also look at 'unanswered' to see if anything GB has slipped so far off the radar that it's not on the first page of new posts.

I used to only check "View active topics", but since some board software change a few changes ago it is now an irrelevant menu only giving me 4 results and never changing.

So now it's "View new posts" as that was about the same result as the first used to give.

Hello Muruk

My bookmark is set to «View new posts» and I read down the first page completely, more if I have not been on the forum for more than one day, stopping to go and read threads that catch my attention.

And do bear in kind that a month or so back the techies managed to tweak the system so that none of the counting threads etc appear in "View New Topics" - i.e. all you see are pretty much stamp related new posts. 8)

Thank you techies!
