HEALTH CAMPS FOR CHILDREN
The 1931 issues, known as the 'Smiling Boys' are quite valuable. Health stamps can be easily identified by the fact that they have two values printed on them, one for postage, and a smaller value for Health.

(fromdown under gets the guernsey as it is specificaly Childrens Health camps)

THEY NEVER USED A LATER PORTRAIT OF QUEEN VICTORIA.
Though many colonies used an image of an older Victoria, in Great Britain her image on postage stamps never aged.
