Hi there :)

I have had a love for a good pie since about the age of nine, when my father opened a pizza shop. I spent

many after school hours helping out around the shop folding boxes, cleaning up, folding boxes, stocking

items and folding boxes (if I hadn't mentioned that :lol: ) I thought it might be a neat idea for a thread for

everyone to share their favorite Pizza Shop and toppings as we can all use a little late night inspiration

sometimes. I'll start it off with one of my favorites from my city.

One of the best pizzas in town, small shop, fresh ingredients, crust made fresh daily, just the way my old

man used to do it!

One of my favorite combos:

Ham
Red Onions
Tomatoes
Anchovies
Hot Peppers

Surprisingly there always seems to be more of this pizza left over than any of the others :lol: :lol:

We have decent pizza in Marfa. The Pizza Foundation http://www.pizzafoundation.com/ and also locally, I really like the pizza in Alpine at La Trattoria. I don't think that I have ever had a bad slice in NY but my absolute favorite is the pizza in Italy.

My favorite is:
Black olives
Roasted garlic
and jalapenos!

A plain Margherita Pizza or Quattro Formaggi will always make me happy too though. :D

And at home I usually make a 3 cheese with spinach & mushrooms, just because it's one my husband and I both like.

My favorite topping is very simple: tomato, red garlic, shrimp and blue cheese. Add some basil and oregano on top and enjoy.

The local pizza shop who has a 24 in pizza pie just like NY style with triple cheese, beef and katalma greek olives.
