We have just missed Harry, our resident Guru on Cinderellas,
but will ask him on FRiday IF I remember,
But what I can say is definatly pre 1920.possibly 1914-18 period.

These were produced by Delandre, probably around 1916. There is an interesting write-up about Delandre on the Rigastamps website:

See in particular Figure 4 from the article, which is a stamp that has a similar look to the Canadian Red Cross stamp.

Delandre was eventually arrested for printing his own versions of Red Cross seals, which landed him in prison in 1917, and where he died in 1923.

Delandre produced many thousands of stamps during his short career, and these have become very popular with Cinderella collectors, as most have military themes, and are very beautiful multicolored creations.
