Is this a genuine Australia 20/- Lime Green and Blue Kangaroo?

Post by county »

I'm told this is a fake but it looks impressive and similar to some of the essays listed in Brusden White's Kangaroos volume - although the colours are wrong.

Anyone know any more about it?

The guy who own's thinks it's worth a fortune!

The guy who owns it thinks it's worth a fortune!

Please get him to send me his credit card.

I'll sell him another dozen, to make him FAR richer (in his fertile mind.)

Both landfill, printed on blotting paper a few weeks back, via laser printer, as a blind nun can see.

He will need to tell me what colors he prefers, and I'll speak to the eBay spivs on his behalf, and make an obscene amount of money selling this junk to this drop kick!

I just wrote about the Brain Dead Ebay Bunnies buying this garbage - -

See here for much similar. These are produced in Taiwan by Scott Visnjic of Changhua City. The ink is barely dry.

The vertical Kangaroo and Map essay has only one example known perforated and in this bi-colour combo and no selvedge as its an essay. Value about $30,000

This one shown above is not even a copy of that as the wording is positioned wrong to the only example known.

With the horizontal £2 Roo - I don't recall that there ever was a £2 essay of these.

Thank you, that is what I needed to know. I can now tell the guy what he can do with them!
