They are postage stamps issued in Burma when the country was under Japanese occupation during World War II.
Collecting worldwide postage and revenue stamps - focusing on Malta, British Commonwealth and revenues in general

2. Myanmar 1943 2R Nanmyintsaung, Mandale violet lithograph (SG J97)

The stamps (with perf. 12½×12½) were printed by Gualtherus Kolff and Company, Jakarta and issued on Oct 1,1943.
