Just asking If There Is Any Value On These

I Know They Are Not In The Best Condition - I Can Not Read French

Maybe Some One Here Can Read Them and Let Me Know?

Barry, I don't think you have anything valuable here, which doesn't mean they are without interest...

I like the first one, which was intended to travel by the Paris pneumatic network. Hence its 30 c franking (would have been 10 c by usual postage), and the blue cancel of the telegraph service. It is from Paris to Boulogne-sur-Seine (a suburb west of Paris). However, Boulogne became connected to Paris by 'pneu' only in 1906, so that post card probably travelled by usual means. Indeed, 'Postes' was written at top left, showing the transfer to the postage service. Perhaps part of the travel was made by pneu.
