I think these postage dues look like Michel 14B or Scott J29.

As a matter of fact, Turkey is not Scott's forte, either. Scott is worthless when it comes to Turkey. I don't even have a Scott volume that includes Turkish section.

I think you are looking at 15B on Stampworld.com.

I think that is the same for what I gave the Michel and Scott numbers.

Probably. I wouldn't know because I have neither. I use Isfila.

If I am correct, that is the specialized catalogue for Turkey. That sounds like the best option. Unfortunately I don't have that. I don't use Scott normally for Turkey, but it seemed like it was the ddaann's catalogue of choice, so I provided the number for him to make it easier for him.

I really appreciate the help. I usually don't handle Turkey at all and only have Scott and quite a few SG catalogs at hand. So.... Scott J29 if Scott is to be trusted at all!

kuikka is correct on the Scott catalog number. Scott provides a simplified listing of the Postage Dues issues and at least gives you a starting point. I find that, on this particular issue, identifying the correct color of the border is sometimes misidentified and leads to confusion. Below are two examples of the Red Brown and Black Brown borders (SC J19 and J33).
