Help in Identifying a (assumed) Tibet Seal

Post by 22028 »

Is here a knowable collector who may be able of help to identify this seal? Out of the design it looks like a Dalai Lama Seal but in my literature i do not find it.
The red seal is partly covered with golden ink or something like that the has a size of 80x68 mm.

Any help is appreciated.
