Waffle this is from a set of cards that An Post distributed in March 2020 - I believe they were the first of any postal administration to do this, beating Jersey and Gibraltar who distributed postage-paid cards in April 2020. An Post did a second set of cards with different designs in February 2021.

Let me know if you need the set of Canada Post postcards.

I usually collect coins and banknotes, but when it comes to stamps with owls or postage stamps issued by fantastic, self-proclaimed, micronations and virtual states (Seborga, Lundy, Hutt River, Wirtland and others), then this is what I need.

I am delighted that this cover has reached you and that you like the stamp 2CV George

The Citroën 2 CV (read "two horses", understand "two fiscal horses") - colloquially called Deuche, Deudeuche or even Deux pattes in reference to its twin-cylinder engine - is a popular French car produced by Citroën between October 7, 1948 and the July 26, 1990.
Filmmakers have always used the 2CV a lot. She in turn embodies France, an era but also a state of mind, a philosophy. So many reasons that made her play heroines or simple extras. ( 160 films !!)
