I think #1 is an Ottoman (Turkish) postage stamp.

#2 seems to be an Ecuadorian official postage stamp.

#3 I agree it seems to be a Japanese Telegraph stamp.

#1-2 should be is normal stamp catalogues and #3 may be depending on the catalogue.

#4 looks like a revenue stamp (only one of these 4) and is unlikely to appear in postage stamp catalogues.

First 3 are likely from late 1800's to early 1900's. I can check for them once I am back home.

Hi,

#1 is a Turkish postage stamp Sc #568 from 1919 commemorating the new Sultan's accession.

No 3 is indeed a Japanese telegraph stamp. It was issued in 1885 and withdrawn from use by early 1890.

It appeared with at least 7 different perforations, from 9¼ to 11¼. None are rare.

#3 seems to be in (2000) Scott O20, issued in 1894. Minimum value.

The Argentine revenue seems to be a cigarette tax stamp.
