Wanted - GB 1854-57 1d red stars (blued paper) on cover - SG 17 - 33

I am interested in purchasing covers stamped with GB QV 1d red stars stamps (BLUED paper rather than the later white paper issues).

These issues are between SG 17 - 33. Example stamps and covers are shown here.

I already have several hundred of these covers and have set myself a (completely unrealistic) target of getting a cover from every UK town/ village listed in the early QV section of SG Collect British postmarks.

So I need loads more of these! I have currently over 150 destinations but want more. However, I am happy to get duplicated covers from places I already have so please let me know of anything you have to offer.

Please let me know of any such covers you have and your asking price. They need to be on full cover though please. Ideally, I’d like to purchase larger groups of covers but I am also interested in single covers if you have any to offer. Thank you.

I would also be interested in any of the corresponding 2d stars issue of the same period 1854-57 if you have those as well. Thanks.

Thank you, the postmark date can’t be 1853 as that was before the perforated stamps were issued in 1854. I zoomed in on the cancel and think it is 1855.

Its a nice example of these covers and I would generally pay around £5-7 for an 1855 cover like that, 1854 dates up to around £10 depending on postmark.

Yes it had a blue and black cancel, I added an image of it in the other thread on German postmarks. Thank you again.
