How do I post a new Question ?

I must be losing my marbles !!! - and sorry to ask this basic question in the wrong area, but for the hell of me I can't work out how to do the basics - raise a question - I have obviously done it before .. ( how to make or request advice )

I am so sorry (embarrassed ) to ask - and guess this is not the correct forum to do so ... however !!! I seem to have arrived at a blonde moment .. although I have an account, I simply can't see how to start with a question or request answers - I have done in the past- but simply can't see how to now - there does not seem to be a "new post" option

Clearly been daft - please help

Click You ask a question…. On sections list
Click “New Topic”
