Round of applause!

I was about to give a clue that 'the town has the same name as the factory ', but you didn't need it.

It is indeed the Hershey factory in Hershey.
The town was named for the company, not vice versa.

Well deserved chocolate baton to Les! (hopefully not Hershey's, which is vile)

I agree with Bill, Hershey's chocolate is not very nice. That's why I was after a bar of Cadbury's (which is a little better).

I'm quite partial to Lindt chocolate myself.

New card to follow shortly.

Your screen sabbatical has obviously worked wonders.

Canary Is. is correct.

You've saved me having to worry about whether they were "Africa" or "Europe". My research suggested Africa by the way.

As its an oldish card, I will go for an older-established resort.

I realize now that I've been there. I'm pretty sure it is the Lido Martianez, a public lido and not a hotel.
It looked much different then, when we were there many years ago it had just been renovated - all white walls and buildings. I can even tell you who designed it (Cesar Manrique). As there's no proper beach there, this serves as an excellent alternative. Happy days!
