Have I correctly ID'd this as a Romanian first-day cancellation?

Post by Elmani »

I've begun casually making "insects on stamps" posts on another website, as a way to structure me going through the small used collection I was given.

Today's was this Romanian European peacock butterfly stamp, and I noted in the post that "prima zi a" means "first day" in Romanian so this was a first day cancellation.

Just wanted to check I was correct, or at least not talking complete nonsense?

Thank you! It's interesting to see the cancel was butterfly-shaped too
