First one is part of a UK franking machine impression.
Second one is part of a UK registered postal stationery envelope. These were reissued frequently to keep up with changes in the registration fee.
Third one is a piece of Indian postal stationery.
If they are all pieces, rather than complete items, I doubt they would have any value.

Agree, even if he had bothered using a more intelligent heading and GOOD scans, in the CORRECT Forum, still all landfill.

As a general rule you should never cut any postal items to shape, whether they be stamps, postmarks, postal stationery cutouts or whatever. Its a bad habit to get into, as even an apparently worthless stamp could have a more valuable cancellation.

I Got them as there are in my late step grandfathers collection 20 years ago, I Also received my 2023 british stamp market book it has some information inside re the cut outs to
