I collect Europa "CEPT" postal stationery. Lots of discovery is needed, as there isn't a catalog.
Looking at the Romania 2022 and 2021 "FDC"s they seem to have pre-printed stamps on them. To me, this is postal stationery. (Please correct me if I misinterpret what postal stationery is)
Here is the 2022 "FDC", which seems to have pre-printed postage on the envelope
Here is the 2021 "FDC"
Does anybody own these FDCs or have any information on them?
Thanks

Re: Romania FDCs: are they postal stationery?
If the stamps are preprinted they are postal stationery.
Where did you find the pictures?
Have you looked at the Posta Romania website which ought to have these on sale still.
There are catalogues of Europa stamps - Domfil produce one (though mine is 2002); do Michel produce thematic catalogues?

Ian Billings - Norvic Philatelics - clearing Machins stock before Royal Mail burn them all, singles, booklets, booklet panes, regionals - lists here: or email/DM your general needs and I'll let you know whether it's worth sending a wants list.

Yes, Michel produce a Europa catalogue.
The latest edition I have seen is dated 2021.

These are not postal stationeries - just a widely used practice to download draft designs BEFORE the stamps are actually issued.
Here's the actual FDC (the scan is from Delcampe):

Re: Romania FDCs: are they postal stationery?
Many thanks to vicaf60 for clarifying that these images (which are from www.wopa-plus.com) that they are pre-release drafts. If they were stationery, I imagine that Posta Romania would have labelled them as such.

Michel issues a Europa "CEPT" catalog. This lists stamps, sheets and FDCs, but does not list stationery.
I meant to say that there is no catalog for Europa CEPT postal stationery.

- If there was, it would not be a large catalog: at the moment I know of about 150 pieces of stationery, if you include variations.
