Gutters,
Here are the scans you asked for of 13R46,47,58 & 59. Hope the scans are big enough and thanks for using them.

Re: All Australian King George V wiki posting thread
In the 1d wiki, 3R55 is represented by state 2 only, which is with the "emu foot frame flaw", thus:
There doesn't appear to be an image of state three with that flaw corrected.
Here is an image to add, taken from a 1929 imprint block.
Note the apparent additional transient flaw enlarging the emu's claw.

I'm not an expert in this issue, but was told this is Scott 28, ACSC 96, and probably 12A R21. For your use.

Would like to know if 8R52 has a corresponding ACSC number?

Re: All Australian King George V wiki posting thread
Hi Lofty1702
8R52 only refers to the position of the cliche on no particular plate 8.
There are several values where 8 or more plates were used and your initial query could refer to any of them.
The stamp shown in you second post limits the possibilities to three watermarks, one of which was issued with two different watermarks.
So, if you want an ACSC number you need to distinguish which option it is and tell us that. Given that the stamp is identified as 128 8R52 in the image, that information should be readily available in your catalogue.
Or otherwise you could provide an image of the rear of the stamp.
Two other things.
This query should be in the "KGV help from the experts" thread rather than the wiki thread.
If you provide images with a black or very dark background it's easier to see details.
Your stamp looks to have somewhat strange perfs on the right hand side but the clarity is not there.

I've never seen a postally used proof state. How is that even possible?

Re: All Australian King George V wiki posting thread
Greg, my mistake typing this - thanks for noting it - the 'proof state' would be before the above progress of these flaws/compartment marks.
My stamp above is of course a 'late state'.

Re: All Australian King George V wiki posting thread
I was recently looking at some old reports about OS Stamps in Trove and came across this article:
Sunday Times (Perth, WA : 1902 - 1954) Sun 9 Jul 1933

As it happens I have a copy of 109(OS)8R5.
This is not in the wiki, perhaps a moderator could add this.

Yeah I missed that. But this is 8R5 I believe. It's from a top right block of 6.
Later today I'll post the rest of the block to assist confirmation.

This copy shows the line break more clearly than the copy that's in the wiki.

There is a narrow break slightly to the right of the centre of the 3rd free shading line below left wattle stem.
