Mowbray Collectables' next public coin and banknote auction will be held on Friday 23 September 2022 at the West Plaza Hotel, in Wellington, New Zealand, commencing at 12.30pm NZST (GMT + 11 hours).

Amongst the items on offer the following highlights ought not be overlooked:

Lot 15, Australia: 12 medals in three family groups, headed by a DCM group to Private George Frederick Seagrott Est $6,500

Lot 216, China: 1981 Bronze Archaeological Finds, gold proof set (about only 200 sold) Est $20,000.

Lot 288, GB: 1887 Specimen Set to £5, with a provenance back to 1889 Est $7,000

Lot 339, Australia: 1852 Adelaide £1, Second type, gEF Est $16,000

Lot 500, New Zealand: 1923 £5 National Bank banknote, offer an issued, g Est $3,000
