News item I found showing the new QEII coins and the addition of the dates of her reign.
KCIII coins in the pipeline, but they don't seem to be in a hurry.

No Australia State issued a letter rate stamp depicting KEVII ... despite QV dying 13 years earlier! Lots of totally new issues in the 1900s depicted her. :!:
