The members ask - the members get. There was a member demand for a STAMP WIKI on this board. Well here we go. All of you so minded can add to your heart's content. Issued October 1965 - Emergency Printing

Usage: Up to 30 September 1959, 2/6d was (a) Basic telegram rate; (b) parcel (Scale 3) rate. From 14 July 1958, 2/6d became (c) airmail rate to Latin America, and from 01 October 1959 also (d) parcel (Scale 2) rate. It replaced 2/6d Scarlet Robin, 21 April 1965 as stocks became exhausted about October 1965.

Richard Breckon detailed these about 30 years ago. I can't remember where though. There were a series of articles.

I just found them in the Australian Philatelist, published in the late 1980s, early 1990s.
