I reckon Norvic (Ian) deserves a gig with this .... we've been kept updated with this UK scandal over a long period of time, coming to a head with the TV program "Mr Bates vs the Post Office" and the subsequent public outrage and flak etc as a consequence.

Certainly a lot of reading but it's now become the first thread that I look for each day.

Cheers, Gordon.

I'll be a second seconder of Norvic's nomination. Ian brought all this to he attention of Stampboards members well before it became the hot topic of conversation here in the UK following ITV's dramatisation of the story.

For February i'd like to nominate DJCMH for his thread : I'm tracking the cost here of GLOBAL stamp New Issues during 2024

https://www.stampboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=104492

The thread is in its early stages but a lot of hard work has already been put into it and a lot of hard work is yet to come.

Going to be interesting to see how this finishes at the end of the year.

If so my second nomination is bathurst stamper for his thread:

I had never really been interested in Cancellations and postmarks until joining stampboards and slowly gotten into them.

The February winner is:

Discuss and share the NSW Numeral stamp postmarks: any good ones here?

Congratulations bathurst stamper! :)

Can you please email "Stamp News" Publisher/Editor and Stampboards' member, Kevin Morgan, your postal address to claim your prize?

Would you like me to change your rank to, "WINNER! Stampboards Poster Of The Month"?

A quick reminder that March nominations are open!

Well, what a very pleasant surprise this morning :D

Thank you AMark for the good news, and to RedKiwi & ebay for their nominations, and to all three for your congratulations.

I'll send Kevin an email later this morning, and yes, I'd really appreciate the change in rank!
